ReservationsPlus charges an administration pricing fee to facilitate and manage all direct, external and OTA bookings.

We have structured our admin fee on a commission basis. This means that our management fee is affordable for any venue no matter how big or small and

payable only on confirmed bookings. The cost is separated as follows:

ReservationsPlus charges a management fee of 10% (inclusive of VAT) on the gross tariff of all OTA and external bookings.

Please note that the commissions charged by OTA’s are variable can range anywhere from 15% to 30%. We handle and reconcile all commission payments to the respective OTA’s on your behalf and you will receive the net amount after OTA commission and ReservationsPlus admin fee. As the venue owner, you have the choice to select the OTA’s you would like to be on depending on their commission structure.

We will advertise your venue through Dullstroom Reservations and all direct bookings are subject to 17% Commission (inclusive of VAT).

A Nightsbridge Online Calendar is a mandatory requirement.  We will facilitate the setup and management of your Nightsbridge online calendar. Due to our relationship with Nightsbridge, we are able to offer our ReservationsPlus Clients a pricing discount on your calendar! (A Nightsbridge calendar is currently priced from R465 ex vat and includes link fee’s to Booking.com, Expedia and AirBnB). Our current calendar price is R335 ex vat
